At Jovita, we aim to provide high-quality emotional wellness and healing services. If our products or services do not bring you any positive effect, you are eligible for a refund under the terms below.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • You have purchased a digital product (such as meditation audios, hypnosis sessions, online courses, or downloadable materials) within the last 8 calendar days.

  • You have used the product as instructed and experienced no positive effect.

  • Your request includes a brief explanation of your experience for quality improvement purposes.


3. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • After 8 days from the purchase date, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.


4. Subscription Services

For ongoing memberships or recurring programs:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

  • If your first subscription payment is within the last 8 days and you meet the refund criteria above, you may request a refund (minus PayPal fees).


5. Live Sessions & Appointments

  • Live or one-on-one sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.

  • Refunds for live sessions are also subject to PayPal’s non-refundable transaction fee deduction.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.


6. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While many of our customers experience benefits from our emotional wellness and healing programs, individual results vary based on personal effort, health conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
We do not guarantee that any specific outcome — emotional, mental, or physical — will result from the use of our services or products. Our 8-day refund policy is designed to give you time to evaluate whether our offerings are right for you.
